I remember being 13 - a self love story

I am a go getter!

I think the quality of mine that I am most proud of is that I am very passionate about my goals and I hold myself accountable.

I have always struggled with the way my body looks.

I can remember being 13 and looking down at my belly when I was in the bathtub and just crying because I wasn’t built how I imagined the optimal girl would be.

We are our own worst critics and I think this session really helped me go outside my comfort zone and understand that

I am beautiful and I did it for me.

I have never been a sexual or affectionate person because I get so down on myself. This experience let me pause and look at how unique and special I am in my own way.

Before my boudoir session I felt nervous! I rescheduled my session like 8 times 😣

Fueling that was my insecurity.

I would say the most interesting thing is I felt COMFORTABLE. Molly had such a great way at being professional and making my session about me.

The reveal was quite a shocker. I couldn’t even believe I was looking at photos of myself.

It was eye opening and empowering.

I felt confident! Which is generally a very alien experience for me.

I was proud of myself for taking this chance. This session was way out of my zone of comfort.

And I knew if I never took the chance while I was at the age I am, I would regret it.

After my boudoir session, I think I am more comfortable in my skin.

Sure I struggle here and there, but seeing me in that light really changed part of the way I look at myself.

I have learned to give myself more grace than I do.

DO IT. Don’t think about it just do it.

No matter how you feel about yourself, these photos will bring out things that you never even realized are stunning.

Thank you so much molly! I couldn’t think of a better person to do this for a living.
