boudoir after my transplant surgery

I'm 31 years old, born and raised in northern Illinois, and I've always aspired to be an elementary school teacher, but have battled case after case of bad health; finally culminating, but not limited to, a double organ transplant last year (kidney and pancreas on May 1, 2020).

I did a session with Molly back in October of 2017, and I LOVED the outcome, so of course I wanted to do another. But, when? Remember, I was battling terrible health issues and was dreadfully unreliable because of my symptoms and responsibilities.

So, I would have to wait quite a while until I was "stable" enough.

For my first shoot I was very modest, so the next one, I decided, I would ramp up the sex appeal!

Even though it had been quite a while since I was released home after my transplant surgery, I was still consumed by recovery and getting back to my normal self, and what better way to do that than throwing on some lingerie and having some fun via Molly's camera?!

I was extremely nervous EVERY DAY leading up to my shoot, would I be satisfied with my body through the lens, would my face and body cooperate, so I would be seen as capable and beautiful?

Fear was my number one enemy and motivation!

During my session, really, the moment I saw Molly, all my fear melted away; I mean, she's the GOAT, and I knew her talent and energy would get the job done!

When Molly turned on the 90's Hip-hop I knew this was going to be just what I needed!

It was unexpected to me that I felt relieved, strong and sexy once I started taking photos.

After my shoot I felt confident and excited, mostly because I rarely go out, and this experience is something so completely different from my norm that I felt a high for even several days afterwards.

Even now (three weeks post shoot) my confidence has definitely been boosted!

Definitely do it! You don't need to do anything (i.e. lose weight, change your appearance at all) to do it and feel great afterwards, trust me, those thoughts consumed me ever since I booked last November and was unable to get fit AT ALL leading up to my session date.

You have it in you.

You are sexy, you are beautiful!

And Molly will help you see and feel it!

This session was initially for my boyfriend of 8 years, and still is, because I'll be gifting my images to him on our 9 year anniversary in April, but it REALLY turned out to be for me and my soul!
